I often hear musicians and artists get asked to give up their time and talents for free, which was why I was so pleased to hear that my client for-Wards and their artistic partners were able to raise funds to commission some fantastic local composers as part of a two-year project.

As this ambitious musical project heads into Year 2, artistic partners for Year 2, MAC Birmingham and Hare & Hounds Kings Heath have decided to do an open call out for a composer/musician to work with and for the people of Hall Green.

Any musician/composer with a strong Birmingham connection can apply for this paid commission. More information and application form available online here.
